Once I get my K-x going again (power problems at the mo as explained in troubleshooting) I really want to get into landscape shooting in a big way.

Can someone please tell me what graduated filters and ND filters you would recommend for the K-x and any experiences you have with the brand/type.

I am having to use Lightroom too much lately and so I want to stop down more in camera at the time of shooting

THANKS!

But wait....

On Amazon a lot of people are saying that it doesnt come with the correct UK plug?

Can someone please send me a good link to buy as this one seems dodgy that you cant get a proper plug.

Guys

Ive always photography birds and general nature from day one (http://www.flickr.com/photos/awprentice/) but lately I have tried my shutter at Landscape work and am absolutely hooked!

My ailing k-x is getting it tough at the moment changing from 150 500 - to the kit 18-55 so at some stage I want to get a wider lens one more suited to this style of snapping.

Can anyone recommend me the best lens for the job from Pentax - also interested in hearing from Sigma 10-20 users because thats the one thats floating my boat right now

I use Uniross rechargable batteries 2700 mah.

Ive tried using a new set but havent tried a new charger yet so that might be it.

I also bought durcell batteries the other day to see if they were working. I got a full green bar and then 50 shots later dead.

There must be a power issue with the camera but I will try a new charger and come back.

THANKS as always for all the help/feedback

No matter how much I charge the batteries on my K-x I only get thirty to forty photos.
THe batteries (rechargeables) have been replaced on three ocassions and I have all the up to date firmware.

Is this a common problem with this camera?

Apologies - I dont get on the net as much as I would like.

I was able to edit my photos in RAW and export them as jpegs. I thought that there was something wrong but now I realise that its all ok.

THANK YOU SO MUCH FOLKS!
