Don't like cropping, probably I would preffer to have full monument (not cutted in right, bottom corner), get a bit of bench removed (left bottom corner a bit of armrest, ...), maybe a bit too much space at top of the frame.
More depth between monument and building in background would help it is bit too much in one plane to me.
Also looking forward to see more pics.

Evening time, darkness as a good field to push Pentax a bit into harder work .
Taken with mixture of DA*60-250 and SMC-A 50/1.7, all ISO 1600.
Btw, is this forum script that upsized these images (displaying them bigger/stretched than they really are)?.

If it is dirt, then it doesn't matter what ISO you use, and you shouldn't be too much afraid of cleaning sensor (or raher filter that sits in front of sensor), a bit of care and nothing bad should happen (you can find few guides what to do/avoid on the forum ).

In general Eizo and NEC is the first choice when looking for quality pannel, then comes the rest, of course price for these two will be higher as well (rumor says that some Lacie models are just a rebranded NEC).
Type of pannel is a one thing, second you would like to have is LUT longer than 8 bits (TN usually are 6, 8 ), so look for LUT 10 or 12 bit long.
What pannel size are you after?. Remember that with LCD you really should use it in its native resolution (what means that your graphics card must support it), you don't want to buy a big one (with higher native resolution) and later find that i.e. your graphics card doesn't support that resolution.
