I went with a great Camera Club / FLICKR Mate to WARE in Hertfordshire to have a look around and get few snaps BUT AS USUAL as soon as we arrived the LIGHT got all GROTTY ! I was struggling with 1999 outdated FUJI ASTIA 220 in my 6x7 Mk I + heavy SMC Takumar 75mm f4.5 Shift lens for a lot of the photos . I was amazed how the fillum came out ! Scans were a bit 'BLUE' but I corrected in PhotoShop CC 2015 Edition and did some Verticals as well .

The Annual Garden Party of BRENTWOOD & DISTRICT PHOTOGRAPHIC CLUB was hosted as usual in a huge Bungalow Complex in Fryerning, North of Ingatestone , ESSEX . It will be the LAST TIME as the Property is Up For Sale £ 1.6 MILLION ! took my 2007 bought K10D which I have not used for a long while as I got fed up with it 'back - focussing' but used the'Kit' lens . I also used a bit of fill-in flash and shot 'RAW' which I converted to JPegs in PhotoShop CC 2015 Edition. Some snaps will be in our Club Magazine 'APERTURE'
Our OLDEST MEMBER REG aged 94 He has 27 cameras but never USES then now just attends Club Nights!

Picture-Hunting around BRENTWOOD Essex I spotted this effect in a Book Shop Window and leaned down at Great Risk to my Abdominal Stiches to get a snap with SF7 + SMC -F 35-70mm f3.5-4.5 lens Outdtaed AGFA APX 100 processed in 510-Pyro 1+100

My Great Camera Club / FLICKR Mate RAY took me to Paper Mill Lock here ins Essex England again -- this time I chose my Lovely BUT HEAVY PENTAX 6x7 Mk II outfit loaded with 2005 outdated FUJI PROVIA 100F . As soon as we arrived a Big Black Cloud came over ( As USUAL !! ) But I got a few snaps and on a couple I tried 'Spot Metering' setting - the Boat was against a BLACK BACKGROUND so it may have been OVER-Exposed due to the area of 'Black Tones' so I set the 'SPOT ' lonto the Blue Hull area and on Auto Exposure with the 105 f2.4 SMC Takumar lens got a good snap -- not a 'Camera Club Winner' by any means ! ( Ha Ha - i NEVER win any more as MY Photo are all 'Straight' NOT ' Photo-Shopped FAKES' )

I saved the AA batteries in FLASH -- works now and in the winder ( no AA batteries now) the CAMERA had 2 button cells but NO corrosion luckily

WELL -- Lucky ! By The Way there is a FILM in the CAMERA == GORD ONLY Knows How OLD it is --

Any one want a PENTAX 110 outfit with lenses and filters all in a presentation case ? I am trying to help a WIDOW LADY . It is MINT -- I think her Husband DIED before he ever USED it ! It would be probably 'For Collections or Display' as you cannot get the 110 cartridge film an y more . It is in SHENFIELD near BRENTWOOD TOWN ESSEX I think maybe £ 100 quids + Postage ? I can GET it and do a Photo if anyone interested.

TESTING my ASAHI PENTAX Spotmatic 1 with a Hearing Aid Battery kindly supplied by my great Camera Club / FLICKR Mate RAY against a 1950's WESTON MASTER II meter. and 05/1996 dated EFKE KB40 film cut from a Bulk tin from my Deceased Great Friend and using my Home-Made Crawley Formula 'FX-37' developer diluted 1+9 for 7 mins @ 20oC----- RESULTS : WESTON Master is slightly MORE ACCURATE -- Hearing Aid Battery slightly OVER -Exposes. The KB40 is GREAT in FX-37 diluted 1+9 and I could rate it at 64 ASA.
