hello ! i regularly post phtos into the gallery; I do it direct from files on the computer, and it seems to work, BUT sometimes the double-click does not make the photo "full screen" (see what I mean ?) - why ? is it the way I upload ? is it from my computer ? ...

well, Peter, I went the other way: my wife is english ... hence my liking of the Lake District, the Fylde region, and ... Scotland (it took me 37 years to get there ... !!! but I had no posh suits and black leather gloves either !) - as for "specsavers", sorry, I have to admit I am lost ?

Sigma 170-500mm = waouh ! that must be great for wildlife photography ! I have the sigma 135-400mm ... still in its box ... but Paris surroundings are not like around Wellington, I expect ...

northwest, scotland, southeast ... I have been across (not enough !) them, having a relative in the Fylde region ... thanks for welcome ! one of these days, I'll manage a proper photo-trip across UK, your magazines (I have subscribed to ... 7 (!) of them) show such beautiful spots / regions ! up to now, my favourites are the Lake District (not very well known in France, ouf !) and Scotland. So I still have a LOT to discover by myself ! have a nice day ! here it's sunny but VERY cold - still no lovely white frost to take photos of ... it will come !

quote MATTOX - (good evening, sir!) - "We are just getting too picky aren't we. Noise, what noise. My K10 has hardly ever seen it. I am no professional, but know quality when i see it. A new model in my opinion should maybe work a bit on HDR, a pixel or 2 extra, and for me, most importantly focus capability and speed." That is absolutely true ! I have just reviewed a picture taken with K10 + 18-55 at 1600 ISO in .jpeg handheld, and it looks fine ! K20 and K7 are fine too : experienced K7 at 3200 ISO handheld with 18-250 (not the lightest one ...) on a lit-up church at night, and it looks fine, even in A4 ! So, big heads should go back behind their cameras, take photos, and stop quibbling for nothing ... even if a V1.04 firmware for K7 could not be a bad thing ...
