i'm with George,i feel almost ready to start showing my work. BUT, if there is something wrong, or right, with it i would rather know.Honesty is the best policy. I comment on pictures,and say "nice","like it" etc etc,as i don't know enough to comment further. If i/we can see where/what you all mean,i/we the newbies could possibly learn quicker (hopefully)

i use cokin z-pro range £130 for 0.3,0.6,0.9 (nd 2,4,and holder. these are great if you shoot very wide, also, if you MIGHT get into wide lenses at a later date, just carry on with these !!!kit also contains a sturdy case.

i use a tripod for all my landscape shots, and if possible, more situations. Being new this slows me down,rather than firing away,and expecting/hoping for one good shot from a batch!!!

hi emma,if you read peoples kit list on here, you will see that quite a lot have the big sigma's.Yes they have quite a range,but are large lenses. I am looking at a 120-400 as soon as i can afford it!! enjoy your camera
