Might have cured it dropped a tiny bit of oil down aperture lever hole seems to be working again

Wondered if anybody on the forum had this problem aperture blades started sticking wide open but when i take the lens off and unstick it their pretty free any ideas or his it a send away job bought it second hand so no warranty, or any fix cheers :

yep been back fishing to day George, had a quick go in sun lot better lesson learn't could be right Alan but i will keep at it, learn something every time i go. Also spotted some white egrets today and another pair of kingfishers but don.t think my backs up to it yet i/ve been using my sigma 10-20 but don;t really like it for landscapes find it to wide, there anyway, been using 16 45 today found that better, just a couple from today these look pretty good in full res on my laptop pity the chimneys did'nt have smoke bellowing out of emYes, Alan, I think this is the problem. They were shot on a dull day, and there's not much you can do to rescue a picture shot in poor light.
Nipper, I'd recommend going back on a sunny evening, if you can wait for one.

thanks , i do tend to forget some setting though but suppose that comes the more you use em , off fishing today been doing that for years so ok at that No need to be modest nipper. Your pictures have been great, right off the bat.

LOL Omly took about 3000 photos with dslr so i don;t think i will be wowing just yet and i don;t know why it says pentax master under my name just taking photos at the moment but do find landscapes and the processing of them a bit difficult, might stick to wildlifeAt first look, they don't wow you, but on further inspection, these are quite good! Some of them (particularly 3 to look like their a bit HDR!

Not used my camera much lately , had a stroll this evening and tried some shots i'm still very much learning especially landscapes which i find difficult, so any comments appreciated .
