tamron 70-200 problem

Wondered if anybody on the forum had this problem aperture blades started sticking wide open but when i take the lens off and unstick it their pretty free any ideas or his it a send away job bought it second hand so no warranty, or any fix cheers :

Might have cured it dropped a tiny bit of oil down aperture lever hole seems to be working again
