I have just renewed my subscription, for me it is more about supporting the site then any extras I might get out of subscribing. I is a little bit like paying for a smartphone app to get rid of the adds, it is about showing my appreciation to the author of the app.

I've just posted an image using the 43mm Limited. The range is also broad enough to cover the 40mm Limited. So I suppose the term "nifty fifty" is being used in the broader sense of "fast standard prime".
Broadening that to any lens set to 50mm-ish does bring in those who only have zooms, so no-one should be excluded.
I think that's what nipper was saying, if I've understood the intent.

Just a slight clarification please Judge - if you are allowing a variation of 40-60mm does this mean you are including the 40mm and 43mm lenses in the "Nifty Fifty" bracket?
