I currently own a Pentax AF360FGZ flash but am thinking of upgrading to something with a bit more power / range.
I've been looking at both the AF540FGZ and the Metz 58 AF-1. I've read elsewhere that the Metz has a bit more range than the Pentax unit but just wondering if anyone could make a recommendation before I "splash the cash".
Many thanks,
George.

Thanks for your interest.
Yes - the K10D, lens, Magic Lantern Guide and all the bits and pieces are still available.
Cheers,
George.
Ps - This is what the Magic Lantern Guide looks like. I found it a great resource. It covers a lot more technique than the User Manual.

The guide is very helpful and VERY detailed. I'm leaning towards the Metz now but there's a few other options in there also. A bit more reading to be done before I commit to one or the other I think.
Cheers,
George.
