Where can we find the "new" prices?

Definitely worth keeping. Yes his right eye is a little soft but the face is so full of character that it doesn't matter. There's a certain dignity to him and the hint of a sense of humour.
You have a very good eye,I wish I had half your talent. I think the only one of yours I didn't like was the guy asleep behind the big planter. (I felt the planter was too distracting as it took up most of the frame.)

Thanks Tony
Scored the last one on The Strand at lunchtime and while I was there I found a new DL-I50 battery in the bargain bin by the till for £9.97 !!! RESULT!

Now all I have to do is sneak it into the house past the "the fun Police"

Well the much leaked K7 is due to be announced in May.
It has pretty impressive specs if the rumours are to be believed. If that turns out to be the replacement for the K200 then God knows what they'll top it with for a K20 replacement!

Damn, typed too slow again!

Yep it looks like it says Pentax. It's a Pentax lens. It's the same shape and has the strap lugs of the blurry photos and looks like a smaller body than the km. Which is good for me!
Not quite a digital MX but heading in the right direction.

Can't wait to find out what it will do.

There are some cracking G20 photos on the Chineese blog that started the New Camera story.
here

Sadly the Police seem to be above the law in the UK. The IPCC don't seem very keen to do what they're paid for either. The Police really need to clean house if they want to restore any public trust. Unfortunately they have almost always failed to in the past even in the face of damning evidence. I'm afraid , as an institution, they can no longer be trusted. If they won't weed out the bad ones they we are going to have to. I fear it may have to be forced upon them with some prison sentences being handed out and loss of their nice little pensions before they sit up and take notice.

I think the first two pylon shots would have had more impact if they were symmetrical. Directly underneath the central cable in the first and with the far pylon in the middle of the inverted V of the legs of the closest one.
Is this an old manual lens? The first picture of the lake shows it's capable of very good results.I think the second may have been focused too close. The foreground grass looks sharper than the horizon.( But thay could also be camera shake?) 24mm lenses can usually have everything from a few feet to infinity in focus as long as it's not wide open.
You're on the right track just get out and use it more. Thats the beauty of digital, you can see what works and what doesn't very quickly.
Hope that helps.......

Any move to an electronic viewfinder would be a HUGE step backwards on a SLR. I can't imagine Pentax ( or anyone else) being so stupid. Especially with their ability to use all the old manual focus lenses. Can you imagine trying to get fine focus on a tiny EVF. It would kill their sales. That's what bridge cameras are for. They might move to a mirror but that would make it a "low end" model too in many people's eyes. What everyone ( ok, maybe just me then...)wants to see is a full frame (not 0.96) bright pentaprism viewfinder and an old fashioned split prism focus screen.
( in an MX sized body )

Never used the FA but the DA is a great lens, if that helps any.
