By the way I will be passing Murcia in March going to Javia for a couple of days. Don't know about you but it is bloody freezing down here in Malaga.
Northern European's and Canadians, look away now. Don't read the next bit.
Warming up nicely in the daytime though, 16 degrees C and clear blue sky today.
If you are travelling on the E15 to/from Murcia you're welcome to drop by for a coffee. I live about 10 minutes drive from the junction of the E15 and MU502 towards Aledo.

2: You've done nothing wrong as far as I know.
3: You got a good deal.
4: Tell 'em no thanks, you'll keep what you have, unless . . .
. . . you need that receipt to make a warranty or insurance claim.

Yes I have looked at them and this is what they say http://www.srsmicrosystems.co.uk/Editorial/5/Delivery.html and their website does not allow you to change country but I might give them a call. Simply Electronics will send to Spain, I think I will be buying the Tamron 18-250 from them (free postage), my income is in Pounds its when I change them into Euros is the problem. I'll go back to my setting now,
Cheers
Jack

[quote:3496ace15f="johnriley"]. . . but then the 50-200mm is only £160.
SRS Microsystems have it for £85 with free delivery to forum members.
They also have the K20D for £679 & £100 cashback. As they are a Pentax Pro Centre, you'll get 2 years warranty too.

Canon produced a 20Da model specifically for astrophotography. The normal IR filter which sits in front of the sensor is replaced with, near as dammit, plain glass to show the predominant red coloured clouds around various nebulae.
The *istD and possibly other older Pentax models have an IR filter which lets a bit more of the red end of the spectrum through to the sensor making them better, but still not ideal, for IR work.
Long exposures of several seconds are necessary, even with the *istD, unless you pay around £200 for a modification which replaces the sensor's IR filter with plain glass.
Once modified, the camera is next to useless for anything other than IR or astrophotography.
