Nice work, picture has interest with a story to tell, and works well in black and white. Like the shimmering water on the horizon too.

They have been back each year now probably 3 - 5 years to my knowledge but only last 2 years have I snapped them.
The Whitethroat is a first for me (picture taken in same shoot [I think] but in another thread), but I haven't seen the Wheatear this year.

TBH the Yellowhammer had 3 twigs sticking out of his head, removed in GIMP, however his slightly looking misshapen head is nowt to do with my editing, he is twisted somehow LOL.

What a set ! I love them all. Makes me want a IR converted camera. I don't have a favourite as they are all superb to me, the first two perhaps ......
