It's mentioned on www.thelightsrightstudio.com, specifically:
http://www.thelightsrightstudio.com/tutorials/WatermarkingYourImagesForTheWeb.pd...
You can also scan your signature and turn it into a custom brush
Hope that helps!
Matt
I am interested to know Matt how on your website you have a banner running through your name and when you get 5 can you give a brief rundown or point me right direction for "You can also scan your signature and turn it into a custom brush".
Thanks again for all help
This is my effort, is it OK?

PS - what an amazing site this is Matt, thanks...

I have worked out how to do it for every image on a new layer so I can remove when required, insert text block etc., but tis time consuming and I would like to find out how I can do this quicker ie. save a typical line of text and import it into my .tiff files when required.
Or do I have to buy a special software like "Watermark" to do it?

Nicely judged. And quick, too. That's the way to do it.
Any particular reason for not mentioning HowardJ's entry?
What happened was, I was copying them to a folder to analyse on a slideshow and I somehow missed Howards, still don't know how I missed it, but can only apologise again - I shall edit the results to add in Howards. Lovely seascape, but it wont have affected the results.

Justgetoutandride: Lovely to see a mono entry, has great energy and in depth EXIF! Though when cropping image could have been centralised better and I had to hunt for DoF, I felt it was just too lopsided and too heavy on the bottom area.
Niblue: Lovely shot, sharp where it counts and love the almost mono/tinted effect, but two things bother me, the droplet on bottom right side is OoF and unbalances the shot, would look better if cloned out including the pale spotted area top left, plus OoF bottom part of splash draws the eye down.
Spaceraider: Doesn’t really shout WATER to me, it’s there but just! And I don’t like those OoF leaves all along top of frame. I would have gone in a lot lower.
Prieni: It looks almost perfect, spot on colour, exposure, but IMHO contrived … I disliked the cherries hanging upside down, they overwhelm the water too much and makes the water appear to be glass, but clever all the same. Highly Commended
Nimitz: Nice shot but the cute kid takes my eye off the subject in hand and the black metal frame on left is annoying too. Going in for a close up shot of the hands and fountain would have been better.
Gashley: Penguins, I love them, an underwater shot of them would have been great and as you say water is rather absent! My eye hunted for point of focus as well.
Peter Bargh: I adore this shot, says it all to me & extremely satisfying to look at, I would have it on my wall, very calming, interprets the theme exactly and technically perfect apart from one small criticism, I would have cropped the bottom a tiny bit more to be rid off the uneven grey area which draws my eye or very carefully cloned it. (I wish you had made it a bit bigger, 1000 pixels wide, to see more.) SECOND PLACE
Amoringello: I like the colour and the deep tones, but too closely cropped, especially at the bottom and I would have cloned out those two burning highlights,… I don’t know why but this says to me I am a paperweight!
Daniel Bridge: Still waters run deep, minimalist, abstract and full of nice tones with shocking narrow DOF which I like, but a bit flat.
Ratcatcher: This was quite hard to analyise a great composition and movement but I am not a fan of long exposure with water as I feel it takes away its true visual personality – a little too saturated on the colour, all the same though an attractive and painterly shot.
Dirk1000: Well done Dirk to my eye you have produced the wettest and most interesting shot, I love it and being in mono I think emphasises the wetness even more. Great tonal range, pin sharp and … it draws me in and all around the image to wonder where, why, how etc.. I would have it hanging on my wall. MY WINNER, FIRST PLACE
Lenscape: technically a great shot but the seal commands the attention, a great example of sealife, but not enough for ‘water’
Alfafoxtrot: a lively image but the fish command attention as well and I do find the grey concrete kerb bottom left distracting, adjusting the angle from whence it was taken would have more impact.
Strawberryberet: a simple, safe but effective image that I feel could have been improved from a higher angle, which would have avoided the distracting dark edges top left and right and too close a crop at the bottom.
Clarky: an aerial shot of the ocean that lacks some punch, perhaps more contrast required.
Galoot: nice to see a Z1 entry, another well executed artistic shot from Galoot, I love the light, but a shame the water is so static almost frozen, a little too neat and tidy for me.
Gartmore: the only underwater submission! I like this a lot – it has so many dimensions to it with light, weight, depth, energy and movement, technically good too for “untouched”. THIRD PLACE
George Lazarette: I think more suited under ‘reflection’, atmospheric and lovely evening/morning light, I think the yacht's mast should either be in or out of frame, having only a part is annoying, as is the smaller vessel bottom left.
Pschlute: technically well executed but not enough water IMHO, you could have picked up the twig and pines or was that part of the effect?
LiamD: I cannot fault this as a gorgeous landscape, pin sharp, perfect exposure and lush but I feel it doesn’t fit the bill for ‘water’.
HowardJ: good enough seascape but not a lot happening to grab my attention, would have been tempted to clone out the metal girder middle right in the sea, which draws my eye.
Lee: Beautifully well converted mono seascape Lee, magic sky and I love the way the light dances on the rocks, but I feel I am too far away to see the sea, BTW where did you take this?
over to you Dirk ...Phew....
