Maybe you should listen to your wife more often, Peter! These are all good to study, but to me the last one is simply beautiful.

Agreed.

Very tempted now to give the pixel shift facility a go. It would certainly be interesting to do a comparison. As others have said already, it's not easy to see the benefit in images posted by someone whose "normal" photos are top-notch anyway.

There's an area quite close to home that I can't resist walking around and taking pictures of. Some of these are quite similar in content, though never identical. It's my favourite local area and I hope you will agree that it offers a variety of landscape opportunities, differing very often only in the attractive qualities of the light, which is what I've tried to show here, along with all the folds in the landscape as you look into the distance. Hope you agree! All K-1 + FA 28-105.

A lovely set, indeed. All good. Wouldn't want to pick a favourite - it could change next time I look!

Intriguing pictures, well captured.

An opportunity not to be missed, indeed! Nothing like frost and fog to keep most sensible folk indoors and photographers out in the cold before it all disappears again. Well worth it though!

A bit of everything round our way recently - sun, snow, ice, rain and fog. Lots of processing done, so here's the first batch - snow with a touch of fog in the distance! K-1 + FA 28-105. All comments welcome, as always.

Your seascapes are always a treat to see, Gareth, but the overall choice of your twelve would be the envy of many!

Really like this, Steve!
