So not to prolong this, taken with a Sigma 30/1.4 Art lens recently purchased from LCE. I'd love the 31 Ltd of course (who wouldn't) but I think I'm going to really enjoy this lens. It'll be going to theatre rehearsals this weekend, so will see how it does in that environment; I have a suspicion that I may need to use MF rather than AF - the latter is a little pedestrian, which is more to do with the lens than the camera I think.

Getting closer in terms of focal length but not quite there yet!….

First image posted with a new-to-me (secondhand) lens. Not much PP beyond boosting the contrast a little and adding a vignette. Any guesses?

Some stunning scenery around there (on both sides of the border!). The final shot works particularly well for me, and I think with a bit cropped off the bottom, number 3 could work even better too - quite a lot going on with the distant view, the fence, and the reflection, and I'd experiment with losing some of the latter? Cheers, Jon

Took the 18-135 out for the first time with the K3iii yesterday morning for a quick walk before it got hot. It's very convenient and focus is very assured with the new camera. Not quite so impressed with the lens (I had one previously with the K-5iiS and thought it was really quite excellent then as long as you understood its strengths and I don't think this copy is quite as good) but it's very convenient and will sometimes be more than "good enough". The third photo is my favourite, although the colours from all three are quite appealing I think?

Another NHS worker here and love the camera.

That said, I’m currently seconded to the national team coordinating COVID testing capacity across NHS labs in England, so the time to use it has been rather fleeting….it is however by some margin the best dSLR I’ve used. When/if I have some images worth sharing, I’ll be back!

Although I really like the warm colours, I think I’d be itching to see how the first three look when converted to monochrome. The shadow in number 3 also works really well I think.

How big does it need to be? I have one with some LED lights and I think you perhaps live nearby? Happy to loan it out.

AJ Johnstone in Glasgow are excellent. They are the authorised repairers for Canon and Nikon in the UK and do also do Pentax repairs.
