Sale of goods act! Article fit for purpose! Known faults! etc, etc. In England you are covered for 6 yes 6 years. Scotland 5 years. As redbus99 says. Get in touch with Trading Standards office. Sometimes manufacturers need a kick up the a**e to make them respond.
CHEERS Vic.
Wonder about a Class Action?
Don't know how many people are needed, but I'm sure a 'shout out' via the various Forums, social media, etc would get a lot of attention?

Not sure if it is available for iPhones, but there are more apps out there for both Android and iPhone, both free and paid.

More to the point, the K50 is weather resistant, which I don't think is the case with similarly priced models from other manufacturers, as are many Pentax lenses, and given your outdoor interests would seem better suited.
You'll end up like the rest of us; standing in the rain happily making photographs whilst the Nikon shooters are huddled under the nearest shelter with all the other non-Pentax togs!
I've always felt that Pentax make all their cameras for photographers, whereas the others make plenty of cameras for people who just want to feel safe with a camera that everyone else has.

There'll be about 15 -20 of us, so plenty of room as the Glasshouse isn't open to the public until 10:00.
I was going to put my kit on an insulated bag. Is that what you mean by 'heat bag'? Other alternative is a 12v powered picnic box that will either cool food or keep it warm.
I was going to use a 100mm macro/ring flash on one body, but am undecided on what lens to use on another body, albeit without flash. Choices are 300, 50-135+1.4TC or 55-300.

If you don't have any success with identifying them by then let me know as I'm sure Wisley have information panels with identification details.
What set up did you use please?
