Looking for a push on lens cap to fit the DA-15 Ltd. just to make it more convenient, I'll keep the original safe at home, any ideas anyone>

TIA,

John

Right yes, thought so, I can do that with the MZ-3 but keep thinking that a cheap body would be nice to use DA lenses with film if it offered aperture priority with the aperture set from the body.

Can you control the aperture with the MZ-7/6 from the body? I thought only the Z1/Z1-P and MZ-S had that feature.

Great lens and works really well with the 1.4x EX converter, I keep mine as a backup to my DA*300/4

Any particular reason why you decided to sell?

I was torn between this and the new Sigma 17-50mm F2.8 but have just been on a trip to Arran and noticed most of my photos taken with the 18-55mm were taken between 24-35mm (must be my style) so the extra £200+ for the wider lens didn't seem worth it.

I also thought the 24-70mm would be useful for a Portrait and wide sports lens.
I only sold it to recover some of the cost of buying a DA 17-70, basically I wanted something longer than the DA*16-50 but almost as wide to photograph steam specials. I wasn't worried about losing 1 stop of light as I'm usually stopped down to f/6.6 or smaller. I got just what I needed and it saves carrying an extra lens, the Sigma 70-200/2.8

I still wish I had the money to keep it, it sat nicely between the 10-20 and 70-200 Sigmas, only real problem was the filter size of 82mm.
