I am looking to borrow two Pentax M series lenses in particula:

SMC Pentax-M 150mm f/4
SMC Pentax-M 200mm f/4

Will cover postage both ways. If you can help, please PM me.

Thanks!

I'm hoping that in the true manner of buses, entries for my monthly competition will arrive all at once! So far one entry, one winner, but still time to overwhelm me with images. Buses, not hard to find to shoot a picture of. Old and new buses, trolley buses, and any other sort of buses that just might spring to mind.

Has the INFO button been inadvertantly pressed twice, which will turn off the display?

Thanks, I appreciate the thought. Unfortunately the part is NLA and although I'm pretty sure it could be sorted if any repairer wanted to do the job I suspect it's too unprofitable for them to bother with. It's the way of the world, replacing rather than repairing.

From the Red Room at the Haynes Motor Museum in Dorset, two of my favourite sports cars, the TR3A and the TR4.

It's a difficult balance keeping a lens collection in check. How many times have we sold a little used lens, just to find that the day comes when we need to buy it again? Too many times! It does keep the lenses circulating around though.

Only nine? I can't help collecting camera bags, they gravitate towards me, the new, the old, the antique.....So don't worry, you are far from a fetish.

Sorry Michael, we all missed this, or maybe nobody has experienced the problem. Either way, the question deserves acknowledging.

Was this a Pentax grip or a third party one? I never use grips so have zero experience of them.

Glad to hear you did find the solution though.
