I have a FA50 1.4 as well as a Tamron 70-200. Nothing longer, nothing shorter.
Back in the day with my ME Super, I used to use a 28mm, and a 50mm for well over 90% of the time. Maybe it is time to bite the bullet and invest in a 31mm limited. But then the list grows of what others to buy.

I guess that this is an old military truck. I could be completely wrong.

An old tow truck. Again, I would guess it is an old military truck.

Finally, I have no idea what this car is. Way before my time.

Here is a four shot pano of part of the milky way. As you can see, there is room for improvement, and in time I will have to spend time on processing this type of image. But this is pretty well straight out of the camera. Taken with a DA 35mm plastic fantastic on a moonless night, and with no light pollution. Using a tracker, and very rough polar alignment.

There are nothing that stands out as good shots here, but here goes.
Last weekend I ended up at Wagait beach, the other side of Darwin harbour, and I stumbled across Malady. This is the wreckage of a B-24 that was based with the 380th bomb group at RAAF Darwin. This aircraft crashed on the 17th of January 1945 on a practice bombing mission killing the skeleton crew of five. The aircraft has been exposed the tropic's weather since then. Most of the aircraft has been removed, but sections remain.
Top turret and tail section.

Engine.

Landing gear.

Tail section.

All with a K3 and 16-50.

One during the day.

One in the evening.

And lastly, one with cows.

All taken with a K3, and FA50 1.4.
