It has been a while since I last posted. But I have managed to sneak a quick but short trip back home for a handful of days. So after trying to remember how to turn my camera on, and work the thing, here are a few pictures. Part one of two. All with a K3 and DA 35mm 2.4.

I like your home
Both the *istDS and the K5 are incurably addicted to old glass

Me too (liking your home, that is). I like the pictures as well but I think all of them would benefit from an panoramic crop, i.e., chop off a bit of the empty sea at the bottom (you can try it just by scrolling the image down until the bottom is off the screen). The middle image is, in my opinion, really lovely when you do that. See what you think.

Cheers, Kris.

It is an illusion that photos are made with the camera… they are made with the eye, heart and head. Henri Cartier-Bresson
Lots of film bodies, a couple of digital ones, too many lenses (mainly older glass) and a Horseman LE 5x4.

I agree with Kris, except that #2 is my favourite.

Thanks for the comments. It was exactly what I was looking for. I have had second look at them all, and cropped as suggested.
