Drogari is a ruined village about 3-4 kms from my house, the church is used once a year on the saints day, my friend Jango (in the photo) has the key and keeps his sheep food inside... A small side issue, What have they done to the Bridge? What are the white things zigg zagging up and down truss 1 and 2? I have a soft spot for The Forth Bridge 20 or so years ago I was involved in a firework gig on it. The sponsor was Scottish Power and we spent many day s climbing on this amazing structure installing pyro to spell the name off the sponsor in letters 10meters high. great fun... Jeff

Mike and Prsjnb forgive me I'm quite new to all this .So what you all seem to be saying that you can use a Raynox 150 or 250 with any prime lens, a zoom lens within reason up to 200mm say, and also a dedicated macro lens. My lens kit so far is a pair of cheap pentacons1.8 /50mm. 2.8/ 29mm.Pentax smc 28-80 and 80-320, a Pentax 18-55mm kit lens oh and a Takumar 3.5/135.. So a 150 raynox or a 250 will work on all of these but be impractical on the 80-320. ... Jeff N.B. This discussion should maybe in a different place sorry John

And Gareth on the whole anything that insects don't crawl on are to be avoided !.... on a more serious note are the add on the front close up lens things any good for this kind of stuff? My gut feeling is that you pays yer money and you takes yer choice ! (or maybe it's the broccoli)....jeff
