Nigel, you are such a wind-up!
Ronnie, I suspect you are right, particularly noting his posts in the recent ‘Street Photography’ debate. The idea of carrying around a Map Case with suggested lens/focal distances/sandwich orders in a chart, did ring a sort of ironic humour But McG does take some nice shots. As I said earlier, thank you McG for sharing them. As for a previous Poster’s comments about Hockney, I just happen to believe they give an entirely new view of the use of photographic imagery.

This almost seals the deal for me as a Q7 for a second body. But they are all great. Thanks for posting the comparisons.

Come on Guys - you are quite happy to do lots in PP to change the actuality of a shot, but when it comes to off the wall stuff you get all precious What do people think about what David Hockney created

Thanks John - probably puts the subject to bed, unless anyone has a Voigtlander

Ken - does this suggest different viewfinders for different lens
Or was your reference to 'adjustable' on the Pentax one, the solution?

Despite what some people say I think it’s horses for courses. I like the painting for the Farm Entrance and Crocus; and the plastic for the Daffs (which I think is the best rendition). To me the rest of the effects don’t seem to match the subject. But hey what fun and thanks for sharing them

John no rush at all. Obviously a Voigtlander would be the choice - what a rich history! I am signing off now so whenever. Thanks

I sold several last year on eBay. So keep an eye out there, but also camera fairs. Prices could be as little as £5 because of relatively little demand.
Being a pain - would you have a pic you could post - or given it's not Pentax would that be verboten
