That's a fantastic price for a great lens and if I didn't already have one I'd buy it in a shot. Sorry it didn't work out for you but I'm sure you'll have no problems finding it a good home.

Haven't used a Mac for years now so can't offer any advice, but good luck and make sure it's seperately insured this time - just in case it goes the same way as the laptop you showed me...

To be honest I think I preferred the first photo, your dog having his nose cut off doesn't work for me. I've done a closer (still) crop of your first one, I hope you don't mind:

This balances out better for me but it's all down to personal taste.
