No, more in the cat, eventually!

Mind the cats always leave me a squidgy bit to stand on.

The only creatures we get in the house come via the cat flap!

Nice shot Don.

Thanks for the info guys, didn't know about the ASAHI OPTICAL
HISTORICAL CLUB site

I do now and will be reading up on things.

Seems that we now know that a MF was a special low production model, aimed at medical and research institutes. I wonder if any are still in use?

Enlighten me gartmore, I had never heard of the 'MF', let alone the 'MF1' until I found the reference on the page I posted.

Does the MF exist as a model, or was it a prototype that never went into production, and are there any images of it? :

That's interesting John, when the date of the article is taken into consideration I wonder if that was the case.

The fact that the writer called it an 'MF' was what caught my eye, that and the 'M' series was, by this time, a very old range got me wondering.

Has anybody else heard or seen anything?

Has anybody ever heard of or seen a Pentax MF? :

Erm, I thought it refered to Spotmatic camera bodies!

It was a Panasonic DMC-LZ7, but the low light performance let it down so it's been replaced with a Pentax Optio E50, which was bought from the Pentax ebay outlet.

Welcome David from another David although I prefer Dave.

If you have a big enough card shoot in RAW/JPEG, that gives you the choice to print straight from the camera and fiddle with the RAW files later.

That's what I do with my K200d
