....Even though you can take pictures discreetly on a 'phone they still think terrorists use DSLRs to get info.

Next to get banned could be Street view....

Following this mornings furore at pictures of a certain anti-terror chief in Downing Street revealing secret papers to long lensed press photogs, when will all photography be banned and/or strictly controlled under the 'Big Brother' act?

I have a cupboard I'm afraid to go in, same sort of thing.

The boxes from items cascade out filling the floor and my wife usually asks why I keep them?

I tell her it's for future re-sale value!

Love the fire engine Tony-O, good perspective and use of cardboard!

Here's another quick snap from my standard lens.

I was hoping for Standard 18-55 pics, meaning all three( Mk1, Mk2 and the new Lfrom the K-m) If the earlier *ist's had 18-35 lenses then what the heck, post some pictures!

As for the 16-45s, they tend to be an expensive extra as far as this thread is concerned.

Nice ones so far, even if Prienei is cheating just a bit

Lets see more and prove these maligned lenses aren't that bad really.

As Stefan suggested let's see some 'Standard Len' shots here

It's a new topic not a competition.

Following on from Stefan's suggestion let's see some pictures people have taken with the standard 18-55mm Pentax lens.

Here's one I took earlier.
