#2 BAE Hawk
#3 North American P51D Mustang, Nice shot by the way
#4 C47 Dakota
#5 De Havilland Vampire, saw one of these flying over Davos in Switzerland some 8 years ago, in Swiss air force markings!

Sometimes it's the other way round. Some primes come with a petal hood, some zooms have a round hood.
Petal hoods are no good with a rotating front element - as I recently discovered to my embarrassment (instead of thinking about it first).
What bugs me is not all lenses come with hoods. so what do you do then, buy petal hood or full one?
EDIT:
Just remembered this site.

Someone in another post about the new K7 mentioned that he would like a digital MX or LX... me too!
If Pentax produced such a body it would be hideously expensive due to the low demand.
The fact that I like using my MX as well as my 'idiot proof' K200d is irrelevant. I still need some basic knowledge to use both effectively.

It's easier to select 'idiot' mode sometimes( I know, I do!) than set up the camera. But the joy is setting things 'just right', trial and error help here, so do we still need photographic knowledge?
I say Yes.
