Didn't miss you, Amin, I was out all day yesterday so...

Anyway it's good to see you're still here.

How's the MZ-30 going?

Does the lens have to be an auto focus one?

You could try an old SMC-M 40mm and focus manualy.

The screen and behind can be cleaned just by flipping the screen down. No need to remove it completely.

A quick blow with a Rocket Boower or sweep with a clean brush may work or not work, but is unlikely to do much harm. A statically charged brush (like the Arctic Butterfly) can work well.
Last time my screen flipped down it fell out, on a walk!

If you try Pete's suggestion be VERY careful.

All I can say is I wish my Tamron 18-250 gave results this sharp at these longer lengths!

Welcome to the forum by the way.

Ignore them if you can, it's probably dust behind the focusing screen.

You can remove it to clean it, but it's fiddly and you risk damaging the screen, I know from experience!

Pentax products are amongst the best (if not the best) on the market.

Ignore this idiot and get a brand new K-x or K7, you wont regret it.

Picture's OK, I can't get excited over dead fish, unless they're cooked.

The EXIF reader though, that's something I do like.

Sorry mike.
