A great idea and a good exposure. This definately works in mono.

The detail and the dynamic range of this photograph really make it stand out. A quality image. I like it.

In my opinion this is the best photograph of the series. It captures details in most of the shadows and the burnt out areas are not to overpowering. I am a fan of this type of image and know from experience they are difficult to do. I like the composition, lighting and mood of this photo. I think the whole series would do well as part of a larger slide show, set to some sombre music.

I do like this photograph. the very old decaying windows contasted by the bright flowers. I also think a crop to take out the widow on the left would work. Also consider just a crop on the right, to move the full window more off centre. However, I do like it as it is. Good work.

I like the simplicity of the scene and the feeling of isolation. The darkening of the corners and sides adds to the feel. The viewer only has one way to go, up the walkway towards the sea. Good work.

This photo grabbed my attention as something different. I like the colourful dereliction and the impact of the smashed screen. The viewpoint from within the vehicle with the smashed screen adds drama. If you were to colour in the white area above the open tailgate, it may improve the overall effect.

This is a striking portrait. You have well captured her beautiful eyes and soft complexion.

This photo stands out. It has good foreground interest with the sand detail and the foam. The perspective of the pier takes you through the picture. The sky is good and the clouds at 90 degrees to the pier sets the scene off.
