Im no expert but from just the thumbnail I could see this is an amazing photo... Looking at it more, the building on the right is interesting... the way the roof raises towards the overhanging bit.

The roof has sagged in the middle over the years, the overhanging bit is where the grain was hauled up to, so is a much stonger part of the building. Making flour is a top-down process!
