Always publish it to a folder then save then publish to web.
Naming pages with spaces and other charactors, hyphens commas etc causes problems. when in doubt throw out the "domain"file and resave your project then try the publish routine above.
I'm using I web AND homepage AND custom pages written with TACO in various parts of my site.

I use a program that extracts the exif data (date and time to be precise) and renames all the images with: {name/day/month/year/time} eg: don01042006t1245.jpg before loading them to Iphoto. That way images from different cameras and diferent cards all get sorted into proper order as they're loaded.....as long as yer camera clocks are synced that is.

I also use padded lunch coolers, coleman coolers, a diaper bag, and other bags. depends where I'm going and what I'm carrying.
my advice in choosing a backpack is this:
Comfort! Waist belt, shoulder straps and chest strap, should all work together to keep the weight on your hips and shoulders not your back.
Balance! bags should distribute weight properly.
Ease of access! you should be able to get at your rig easily and find stuff quickly.
Design! it should help you to stay organised, and not allow dirt/sand etc in when you set it down to open it.

your pentax glass with multi coating should be all the uv protection you need and any uv filter put in front isn't likely to make any noticable improvement. cheap uncoated lenses may be a different matter, I wouldn't know. but i do know that anything you put in front of your lens could adversely affect image quality.
I could be wrong...still on first cup-o-joe.
I'm not big on using filters in general. Have had expensive glass in the arctic, to dessert like conditions to swamps and can honestly attest that with proper care you'll rarely need a uv filter for protection if ever.
don't drop your camera is the short answer.
