I bought a new cable today, it didn't work! I think I have damaged the USB port!!
Although the battery is fully charged, the camera this time indicates that the battery is empty when I try to transfer images! I can't figure this out? Shall I contact the guy whom i bought the camera from?

I think it was my little daughter who has put her little teeth on the usb cable. I'm going to buy and try with another cable, if that won't work, I suppose it has to be a card reader!

I've done that, it cannot find any device! doesn't recognize the camera. It doesn't seem to have any connection at all with the computers.

Hi everybody!

I have newly bought a secondhand K-7, wich is wonderful in all aspects. The trouble is that, until tonight I could transfer images with the USB cable that came with the camera, but now it doesn't seem to work. The guy had the installation program CD misplaced, he couldn't find it, but it seemed ok to work with it in my mac and iphoto...

I have tried to connect to a PC and the MAC, neither will work. The camera starts in a normal way, not in transferring mode!

Have I damaged it? Or is it software trouble?

Please give some guidance!
