You may be correct Gareth, but the T&C's seem to be much the same for all these sorts of thing. Surely it would only really apply if the entrant intended to make money from the image in the first place.

The T&C are OK for this sort of thing. They limit the use of the photo to their website and e-news. Quite limited compared to some competitions. If they didn't ask for at least that, they couldn't put the winning photo on their website, and what would be the point of that?

I would never of dreamed when I first got my Pentax and joined this forum last September that I would be able to achieve something like this. I must say that it is this forum and it's members who have helped me progress in Photography. So thankyou all, this is as much for you as me.
