I particularly like the photos of the lady. A lovely expressive first photo. Helped by a subject that in my opinion is quite photogenic. And I like your focusing on the final violin photo. I think the 2nd photo is probably good with the guy singing but he ain't so pretty

Yes most campion is pink. I have a red variety in my garden known as Russian Campion (Lychnis Molten Lava.) Because some flowers of the Campion are shaped like a cross and the Russian Campion is bright red, it is sometimes called the Jerusalem cross. Even though it is thought to originate from Russia.

Your pics reminded me of this one. The photo here is green green green and a bit of bronze in the foreground. But I think the light transforms the photo into something more interesting. You might disagree?

Hi, I know zilch about photography but have an idea about what I like. And for me you have an interesting set of photos here. Yes, lots of green. It could be lots of blue or lots of red! For me what could make the difference, and you have examples of it here, is the light. From what I look at, I am always attracted to landscape photos such as yours because of the light. I particularly like your photos where the foreground is shaded, and the eye is drawn to the light in the middle of the photo.

From my experience, not many years, I find I come across nice light almost by accident. Sometimes I have a camera with me. Sometimes it's 'damn' why didn't I bring a camera.

I guess I'm saying that light plays a BIG role in a good landscape photo as well as colour.
