That's an interesting comment John. I always think of my GX100 as a handy hand held B&W camera. (hope it is okay mentioning the non Pentax GX100 John?) I think there is a general feeling among GX and GR owners that these cameras are suited for B&W. Perhaps added to this is their use for street photography which a lot tends to be B&W.

My K10 is still my first choice camera and I use it constantly. If some money came my way it might spend more time on the shelf as I would have no hesitation in buying another Pentax DSLR.

Just looked through these photos again because I really like the 'people' photos. Nice captures.

That little boy on his moms shoulder looking at his hand. Just what is going through his head?

Not the greatest of photos technically, BUT, the reaction from that lady as the guy shows whatever he's eating is fantastic. What the heck is he holding that causes such a reaction from the lady?

Nice one Paul. This scene was made for the GR and well spotted if the idea was yours.

The GR appears to be a hit with most if not all reviewers.

Is it as good in the hand as it looks? I'm still in love with my GX100, feels just right.

Thanks Blaze, this was the sunset last night. And 'she', is the mother of Wales. You can just make out a disused lighthouse on the first peninsula. The lighthouse at South Stack is on the furthest peninsula which you can't see but you can see the light working at night.

Hi Jon, that first photo is very cleverly done. I'm sure the result is just what you had in mind when you took it. I say cleverly done because I'm positive if I took that photo it wouldn't be as effective. Almost infrared?
