Thanks Don, if theyre a bit dark, its down to my editing, good point about trying to get down to the same level, in this instance it wasnt possible as i was leaning over a 5 foot wall. just copped their movement out of the corner of my eye as i was passing.
Cheers

Having bought this here a few days ago, i got out for 10 mins with it this morning, and just spotted these.
The first 2 are pretty hefty crops, about a 1/4 of the original size, the other 2 were minimal crops.
Overall first impressions of this lens are , not bad at all. All hand held.
Cc most welcome, or any tips on how to get the best from this lens.

Lens arrived this morning, well packaged and exactly as described.
Pleasure doing business with you.

I have owned the 55, 50-135, 60-250 and the 300. The image quality from all them was just stunning, to me.
The 55 was ridiculously slow to focus, but super iq the others were fantastic. Dont own any of them anymore and i regret having had to sell them. You're not likely to be disapointed with the performance of any of them.

Hi Richard, that doesn't sound right. i would send it back. Iv had both of those lenses and would never have described either as noisy, cant comment on the indicator as i never copped it. Not a cheap lens, so like i said id send it back.
