This stuff is a wonderful artform, even though many will call it vandalistic graffiti. Simple, gratuitous 'tagging' is indeed to be deprecated but this kind of composition is normally meticulously planned and very carefully executed to produce a composition worth looking at. And nothing has been harmed by enhancing this particular subject!

The processing setting certainly makes for a 'bold' result - but is it a bit OTT? Dunno. It's a matter of personal preference I suppose.
