This is a very good graphic shot of the DC6, all the more satisfying for me because it's not a straight record shot of the plane but a piece of selective photography. I like the black and white treatment.

I'm bowled over by Aminstar's smoke. there's some real artistry there. But I'm beginning to wonder just what exactly it is he's smoking!!! Don't want the drug squad bashing down the front door.

You're certainly having some good light in The Lakes, Ken. This is beautifully lit. One niggle, does that mooring pole not intrude just a little too much into the composition?

Very nice atmosphere indeed but it's a pity the crop seems a bit tight across the tree tops and the sun's reflection has burned out a large patch in the water.

I think you made the right decision in your choice of entry Glyn. Personally I prefer the stainless steel shot to the paperweight picture.
