This is a cracking shot. I love the colour and the geometric shapes.

Nice one of Bodium Castle Leslie. I've been there but my pix weren't as good as this, the light wasn't as classy as here. I can verify that's really the colour of the water Cedric.

You've given us more proof, if more was needed, that an excellent sky can be the making of a good landscape.

Great quality picture Ken, especially when it was taken at 800 ISO. There's no sign of noise. Did you use a macro lens?

Arresting image, well panned.

Looks like something from the outer solar system Amin. Was it captured by the Hubble space probe - Hubble Bubble perhaps?

It's Barrow Hill. They had four LNER Pacifics together there, including two A4s, the new Tornado and the very similar Peppercorn Pacific Blue Peter. A good shot for the record books.

Another cracker Ken. Wish I got woodpeckers and goldfinches in my garden.

Excellent panning, the bike and rider are pin sharp and the colours are vibrant.

I agree with the comments praising the artistry of this picture and I would also like to add that the quality of the image is first rate. I can imagine this as an A3 print in an exhibition. I'm with those who say don't clone out the subdued background detail. It adds to the picture.
