Price seems OK Bob, if one wanted a 35, but currently everyone dreams about the 40mm LTD, maybe that's the problem :

I believe that optically they are the same, the FA is 10% lighter, but which one would you choose if the price and condition was the same ?

Like them John, perhaps to be hyper critical maybe a slightly slower shutter speed would have given more movement in the props ? but that is being very critical of a really good set, and possibly would have tested the panning technique

For me the last one is the best of the set, although the sun is a bit blown out. Like the texture in the paving flags. I must get there someday.

This has come up a couple of times with images from Iceland i have recently posted, perhaps the colours are so unusual it makes us almost subconsciously go into abstract mode, which encourages us to boost saturation and contrast.whether photography is about faithfully recording something or making a pleasing image?
