So you can shift the sensor to fine tune composition, with the K20 you can move the camera.
Is this the most useless "feature" ever to see the light of day, or am I muissing something?

Don`t see the problem TBH, if you do not bid enough you get outbid.
Does it matter who outbids you?

Yes, it should be off.
I think this is to prevent the SR moving the sensor during the exposure, which of course would negate the benefit of the tripod.

The background is tilted, but the subject is straight.
Also like the straight on pose.
Think this is one of your best yet Paul.

Nearly a good photo; link
I know the composition could have been better.
What i do not know is there any way of getting rid of the lines in front of the tiger, they apear as areas of brightness.
Any suggestions?

Hi Dave,
Lots of controversy on this one.
I use a UV on mine, just to stop myself from scratching the front element when cleaning my dandruff away
Image quality can suffer with filters, but my eyes cannot see the difference anyway.
A filter will protect you from light cleaning scratches, and you probably wont be able to spot the deteriation in IQ.
So get the UV one.
Of course some others here may differ

Good result Scott.
SRS have certainly demonstrated their worth.

Warranty is not transferable. This I checked with SRS, unless they open an exception, which they do sometimes on rare occasions, but its not a general rule.
It seem`s like this could be an ideal opportunity for SRS to demonstrate how good they realy are.
