New rumours about the new Pentax

According to this link
we could see a Pentax Full Frame as their new camera. For those who don't understand French, it say they are expecting the star of the show (Cannes Festival) will be the new K1D full frame digital camera. I'm beginning to wonder if Pentax didn't throw a curve to pull the attention away from what is really coming this week. They might have an ace up their sleeve!

There is something curious going on with the links on this forum. If I select "quote" on the first post, I can see what Yves wrote. If I copy the url from his text and paste it into the address bar it works correctly. If however, I click on the link, for some reason his url is prefixed by www.pentaxuser.co.uk/.

I have had similar when I could not get onto SRS's website and posted a link to it so people could check it.

I think the new K? will have interchangeable sensors. Full frame when you need it for the older AF lenses, switch to an APS-C sensor for the current range of lenses.

These sensors will be housed in a little case similar to a memory card and slotted in as necessary. A four thirds sensor could be available at launch and includes an Oly to PK adapter.

Ah that explains the 'cassette' loading system rumour I had heard about. And wasn't it that the new grip will house the 'auto' sensor load system?

No, these will have a special anti-matter coating that actively repels dust and other foreign matter such that they never need cleaning.
