TBH it was like picking up a toy compared to my K5, after he tried out my K5 he was quite upset;

His last quote was for me the best;
When I showed him some examples of the costs involved he went quite pale.

Got mine for a good price, and 3 months later sold it at a good profit, however;

TBH I think this is an over rated lens.
( quick duck under table to avoid the sure to follow abuse.)

The idea that it makes a MF lens into an AF is only correct if you have already approximately focussed the manual lens, so why not just fully focus the MF len in the first place?
With my DFA 100 macro, it was useless.
It would AF with my Siggy 150-500 hsm, but only once i had manually focused first.
IQ is good, but is it worth £250 +, i don't think so.
Still happy to buy one for £150 though

Can see an interesting situation arising;
used to be that Samsung GX10 and GX20 gear and photo`s where accepted here because of the similarities with Pentax ( I Think)
Now that Ricoh will own Pentax what will the "ruling" be ?
IMHO it would be a pity to dilute this forum with other makes being accepted.
I quite like the exclusivity of being a Pentax user.
