Thanks, Steve.
I don't think K5 as "dust alert".

Just looked, Spanner page 4.
D/A is there, but not high lighted for use!!!

Was that function really an extra, all those years ago..............?

Dust or hot pixels (the latter of which I know absolutely zilch!)?

Thanks for your time & help.

Sorry.
Yes, indeed, another slime mould.

In spite of my new Rocket blower's best efforts, although a single image appears spot-free,
when amassed together in a 25 image stack, they all gang up together in some amazing arrangements that appear all too readily in the final stack-image.

What sort of shot can I take to show all the spots on a single (printed) image, to indicate their position on the sensor?

Thanks in anticipation,

Roger.

Slime Mould.

I've become interested in these (Slime Moulds) of late.
They are beautiful in themselves &, what's more, they don't run away from a macro lens.

Read all about them & have a look for them.
You will find some!
They're interestingly small but not impossibly so!! (These are about 1.5 mm. tall)

I think there are some more "on the way" in the decayed wood foreground.

Thanks for looking,

Roger.
