With my K7 came this software. loaded it & had a quick look. Have downloaded a few test pictures but the software says it has encountered a problem! Would I like to send a report?!!!

Removed the sotware from the computer & re-loaded it.

NO DIFFERENCE!

Anyone advise a fix please? Is it me, the computer, the software?

I get record, playback, set-up..... then record again, etc, eyc.

How do I get into the Custom setting menu???

Having progressed from MX to Optio S5i, decided (thanks to a windfall) to further progress to the K7(!)

Despite wading through the K7 "bible", I can't use the Sigma.
Please: anyone advise the settings necessary to progress?
