If you want fragile then the "F" series 50mm F1.7 auto focus is extremely fragile.
The whole front where the filter would screw in is plastic.
The number of these I've seen with ciplled, cracked or missing bits is very high.
I kept a filter on one of mine just to keep the chips from getting any bigger. My 2nd one broke completley though I did drop it.
Fortunately I replaced it with an FA50 F1.4 that has a metal front.
Does the FA50 1.7 have the same metal front ring as the FA50 1.4?

Mongoose,
I've found an eBay site in France which is TOTALLY dedicated to Pentax Auto 110.

however you will need to cut back the little ISO indicator tab or the Auto 110 will think the 400 asa is actually a 200 asa and over expose.
The link for film in my previous post has some info on the cassette issues...

I've purchased 110 from this guy (he's in Alberta...) when I couldn't find it locally : http://www.frugalphotographer.com/cat110.htm
but a lot of non-chain camera stores may have old stock, and as long as it's been kept cold (or even better - frozen) it should still take a good image...
and processing info here : http://www.frugalphotographer.com/catLabServices.htm
but these guys are closer to you : http://www.photo-maitre.com/ (I think - my french is rusty...)
I used to get mine done at Throop Imaging when I lived in Ottawa : http://throopphoto.fotosource.com/
I suspect that even the stores that say they process 110 may be mailing their stuff out now...
Good luck

I'm going to be buying a GPS receiver and thought that I might as well get one that I could use for putting GPS info into my exif's as well as navigation.
It's all done after the fact with software, so the only real requirement is that it logs the "records" for later integration with the photos... This can be done with software, but there are purpose-made devices that log them all to be downloaded when you get home from wherever...
The other requirements I have are simple - it needs to be small ((the smaller the better) and Bluetooth capable (to talk to my PC and PDA)
Anyone here doing this already? Any suggestions?
What about the program to actually tag the photos - what have others used?
TIA,
Jamie

I've probably skipped a small but vital step in the process... could someone provide a link or set of instructions on how to do this?
Thanks...

...Use Tungsten for subjects wholly lit by tungsten bulbs. This will avoid the heavy red cast that will otherwise result...
Consumer light-bulbs can (and do) vary very greatly in their specified output (anywhere from 2600 K to 3500 K at 110 volts), and if the input voltage on the lamp varies (anywhere from 104 to 121 volts as reported by my UPS), there will be a corresponding difference and/or fluctuation in the colour of the light...
