Buy DIGITAL PHOTO. 13 issues a year. Each issue has a CD/DVD with techniques and projects and lots of info in the mag. as well to try out each month. CHEERS Vic.

There ae loads of free video tutorials on the web. Go to Adobe's website or do a search on You Tube. In fact just type phototoshop tutorials into Google and pick your way through them.

I had "Beginner's Photoshop vol1" bought me last Christmas which has a number of step by step projects to work through.
Its published by Image Publishing ISBN 978-1-906078-29-4

Endorse John R's comments re Martin Evening's books - his book on CS5 will cost you about £30 on the High Street, less on line. Could also look at Scott Kelby's book - he's another photographer user.

I agree with the Scott Kelby recommendation, I have a few of his books including one on Photoshop CS3 and they are well written and easy to follow in my humble opinion.

Any suggestions on books about how to use Photoshop?
I am fortunate enough to have access to the use of CS5 but I am struggling to make the best of it.
Best I can do is a few simple tweaks. I would like a book or two which simplifies it for me in a step by step format, preferably in illustrated steps.
All advice appreciated.
