I can't advise legally but I read this story a lot over on Talk Photography under their Business forum. Usually the advice is to request to take down the pictures or send an invoice for their use.
May be worth checking over there as it is such a common question.
edit - Andrew's is a much better reply!

I'll pop this into General Digital Photography, which is the area for image manipulation queries.
To aid in answering the question, are you using Photoshop or some other program to edit your shots?
Neither are of the above are Pentax related.
Comment by AuraTodd posted on Thumbnails are smaller, can you explain what went wrong please? at 28/01/2013 - 09:13
I had to delete some as there were too many of the same photo. Now some of the pictures are too small, I had hoped to enlarge one or two but that don't look likely now as they have reduced in size.
I put them beginning 800 to 600 in size, but they were no more then 800. Can you tell me where I went wrong, and how I can make them the same size in Picassa eg: 800 - 600?
Thanks.

What lenses do you have?
Just found a 28-70mm lens on ebay... Very tempting

Thanks for the positive comments guys!
had a loo at your flicker page, is there a shooting star trail in one of your photo's? What lens did you use to take this please?
If it is this picture you're referring to:

Going away by -ASa, on Flickr
it is indeed, as Mike again stated, of an aircraft trail. That one was taken with the DA40ltd.

Press the MENU button on your camera, whilst at the same time switching it on. You should now see the current firmware version displayed on the LCD screen. If the display reads V1.01, you don't need to update, however if the display reads V1.00 (or similar) you might want to upgrade. Here's the link to the firmware download. Select the file called k30v101.EXE, and download it to your desktop. Once completed, go to the desktop and double-click the icon to start the process of obtaining the .bin file. Save the .bin file to a clean formatted sd card, and when that has completed, remove the card from your pc and place it into your camera. Make sure that the camera is switched off for this. Now, check the specific instructions in your camera's manual for guidance on how this update should be done (it may just be a case of switching this camera on). Once the upgrade begins, DO NOT power down the camera, so make sure that you have fully-charged the battery first. Once complete, you are good to go!!
Also where do I need to go to save the file onto my SD card?
I have a card reader and that saves to E drive, I think.
