Did you sell this Dario?

I use the Kamerar QV-1 viewfinder which doubles as a hood. It's excellent, except it's designed for bigger cameras and thus the baseplate has to shimmed significantly, away from the bottom of the camera, in order for it to line up with the LCD properly.
They now do a different version for smaller cameras, but I've not tried it.

The only reason I picked it over cheaper ones is because it has an adjustable dioptre.

It also transforms the Q from being pocket-able, into a monstrous looking thing.

So all in all, this probably isn't a useful post

If you get bored with that prime, I have a spare 02 zoom I'd eagerly swap it for

I desperately want the 01 standard prime, but the only ones that regularly come up on ebay cost more than that for just the lens!

I'm about 90% sure the flowering plant in the first photo is a strawberry plant.

A few days back we had the super pink moon, or whatever it was they were calling it. So I got the Vivitar 120-600mm/5.6-8 (thanks again @doubled) and Q10 out in the garden on a tripod, and took a few shots. The moon was bigger than the frame, so I took several shots and stitched the best ones together.
Certainly not perfect but I enjoyed the process.

As the proud new owner of a Vivitar 120-600mm/5.6-8 (thanks @doubled!), and an avid Q fan, I thought I'd share one of the amusing things this combo can do.
Here is some moss, growing on the extension roof, taken through an upstairs window from several metres away on the Pentax Q10.

Bit of thread necromancy, but:
I got a Vivitar 100-200 f4 1:3 Macro for £17.90. PK mount. In its original packaging. Front cap missing but skylight filter in place. Seems to be immaculate.
I like it, works like a telephoto and long distance macro on a Q10.
Took a quick picture of the cat with it.

I bought a brand new one from a seller in Japan via ebay. Expensive, plus import duties, tax, etc. Just about worth it though as it's an excellent lens.
Last I heard the Pentax Q line hadn't been officially discontinued, even if all the models have been.
