There is an M 85mm f/2 lens that might show up used from time to time, it won't be that expensive.

MX, 135mm lens, some time in the 1970's. Kodachrome.

Since when are squirrels "wild" life? They stake out territories like homeless people, and guard them jealously. These territories are in parks, cities, and places where humans congregate.

You're not going to be able to judge a lens by looking at jpegs on the Internet. You need to look at RAW files at 100%.

Are you saying that you would like to see a rotating back (or sensor) so that you can go from portrait to landscape without moving the camera?

G
YES!!!!!!

Rotating back! That's why I bought the RB67, and I'd LOVE to see a 645D with a revolving back. That way, you can put it on a tripod and not have to go through contortions to get vertical photos!

No dust so far. I run the sensor cleaning function every couple of days.

Just a nice product shot of a purple vase. I'm partial to strong saturated colors, and I like to play around with different ways of shooting glass.

One snoot, with a seriously reduced (cardboard) opening. Yeah, I know all about fire danger, but I kept a close eye on it.

Amazing what you can do with one light!

Here's another one. Still the one light.

Years ago there was a Pentax A 20mm f/4 macro lens that was (and still is in some places) considered the ultimate macro, the ultimate 200mm, and possibly the finest lens ever made.

Not a lot were made, and they're really hard to find and realy expensive.

According to legend, Marty Forscher in New York converted a number of them to Canon mount for a LOT of money.

I've seen the photos and specs on this lens. I had given up hope of ever tracking one down.

I just saw a new lens on the Pentax Web site, a P-FA 200mm f/4 Macro. Specs are the same, the barrel looks the same, and perhaps Pentax realized that if they made the lens again, people would buy it.

Not listed on any stores yet. Let's hope that Pentax marketing is finally waking up from their zombie-like slumber!
