I am selling some lenses that no longer get any use.

Tamron Tamron Adaptall-2 SP 80-200mm f2.8 LD BBAR Boxed. Comes with original caps and hood. I'm pretty sure I have the tripod attachment for this lens, I'll throw that in for free if I can find it. Very sharp manual focus lens, sharp from f2.8. Includes PK/A adapter (normally costs £35 or more). Normal slight signs of wear. Optics and mechanics are perfect. This lens is sharper at f2.8 than my Sony FE 70-200mm f/4 G OSS Lens is at f4. I am selling it as I tend to use the Sony lens as it has AF. £230. Review here. http://www.pentaxforums.com/userreviews ... c-30a.html

Tokina 80-400 F4.5-5.6 AT-X 840 AF. No box. This is the series 1 lens; it has some paint missing from the logo and the hood has some scratches. I'll post some pics as soon as I have the chance. A great easily hand-held compact zoom, very rare in PK fit. The price has increased radically on these in the last few years but I'm just looking to get back most of what I paid for it. £290. Review here http://www.pentaxforums.com/userreviews ... 5-5-6.html

SMC FA 24-90mm F3.5-4.5 AL [IF] vgc, the second copy of this lens I've had. Most of my aerial shots are taken using this lens. Build is a bit plasticky, but it's a brilliant lens. Boxed. £185. Review here http://www.pentaxforums.com/lensreviews ... -Lens.html

Thanks very much for all the comments! It's this website/forum that got me going with aerial photography, with a lot of great critique and encouragement over the years. I probably learnt more here than everywhere else put together..

Very nice indeed, congratulations.

Shame the article states they were all taken on a Sony NEX-5N.
Yes, not sure why that is so, I did tell my agent....

These are fabulous images and much much better that I have achieved through a scratched passenger window but while you are snapping away who is controlling the plane?!
I get that question so often, I have written something about it on my long-neglected blog.... http://www.jonbowlesphotography.co.uk/?p=566

I have had another article published in the Daily Mail, this time on infrared aerial shots. Some of the shots were taken with a converted K20D, one with an *ist DL

Sim City Jon...where is it? It does look like someones computerised utopian planning experiment.

Wherever it is i'll try and avoid going there!
It's just outside Beijing.

I've not been on here much for a while, mainly because my only Ricoh camera is the GR. The GR is still my most used camera, still going despite two Heath_Robinson-esque repairs I have done on it.

One thing I have been experimenting with is long aerial exposures.

Fabulous Jon, I think we all miss you on here. What about a return with a K-1?

Thanks David. I gave away my K5 to a guy who had his camera stolen, but I am thinking now of getting another one plus kit lens to carry on my motorbike. I have too much invested in my Sony kit now (3 cameras and 5 lenses) to buy a K1.

Hi Jon, well done on your press successes. Your photos are missed on this forum, especially the outstanding world wide aerial shots from your Boeing flight deck.

I am still shooting aerial images with the GR David, I will post some recent ones here soon. The GR remains my most productive camera.
